Baby Massage & Reflexology
The perfect first baby class, 
suitable from 8 weeks

Suitable from 2 - 6 months or rolling - the ideal first baby class. Includes social time with drinks and biscuits. Baby massage & reflexology is a wonderful way to bond with your baby and learn positive touch techniques to soothe them. Each class begins with gentle yoga stretches to nourish you and then some baby yoga and song fun! All classes are relaxed and baby friendly so you can feed, change and cuddle baby when they need you. We always end each class with time to chat to other mums and enjoy a drink and biscuit. There are many benefits to practicing baby massage & reflexology for yourself as well as your baby. Including, ways to soothe digestive, teething or skin comfort, helping you to relax your nervous system and support bonding, age-appropriate sensory stimulation for baby and treatment often promotes deeper sleep when used regularly. By the end of the course you'll have learnt a full body massage routine as well as several baby reflexology routines you can practice at home and as baby grows. Coconut massage oil is provided and you recieve handouts clearly explaining the routines so you can continue to practice and teach your co-parent.

Mum & Baby Yoga
An interactive class combining postnatal yoga and baby yoga fun, suitable after postnatal check (10 weeks after abdominal birth)

A very popular class, suitable after your postnatal check (10 weeks after abdominal or assisted birth) until baby is crawling. A nurturing class to reconnect with your body and have fun with your new baby. Newborns and mobile babies are welcome. Classes combine gentle postnatal yoga to support your post-birth recovery as well as some song and baby yoga fun. There is also time to chat together over a drink and biscuit. If there are mobile babies present they can enjoy a padded play area with toys in the centre of our circle. You're welcome to repeat the course for as long as you enjoy it and find it beneficial, Babies love repetition and routine and will enjoy the classes even more with familiarity.

Parenting Workshops - First Aid Class is next

Collaborative events with specialist experts on key parenting topics. All workshops include drinks and biscuits and are relaxed and friendly. Topics include: First Aid, infant sleep and baby massage, postnatal yoga and recovery after birth, starting solids and more. Events will take place across the year.
