I wanted to support mums on their journey into parenthood - which lets face it can be a lonely and challenging one! Come along to this relaxed coffee morning and meet other mums, enjoy a hot drink, sweet treat and learn about the expert support we have in our area. Suitable for those with newborns up to 12 months or walking.

In support of Dorking's first Good Living Festival, this month's theme is maternal wellbeing so expect a chance to feel seen and learn some practical ways to reset your nervous system. We will be joined by our guest, Kendra Blake, a mum and occupational therapist supporting mums with overwhelm and burn out.
