Make friends and prepare for birth in these nurturing classes.

Rose will put you at ease immediately with her warm, relaxed style. These classes will leave you feeling completely relaxed afterwards and by the end of the course you will be feeling much more confident, even a little excited, about your birthing day.

If you've never practiced yoga before, don't worry, most ladies in class haven't either. Rose has curated unique yoga sequences that are both accessible and focused on encouraging your baby into their optimum position (breech babies have been known to turn!) and teaching you lots of active birth positions. However, the weekly classes also provide a welcoming space to make friends and to bond with baby for those planning abdominal births too.

Each week we'll also cover a different birth education topic and you'll have the chance to ask questions in our circle time. As a Hypnobirthing teacher, Rose will also guide you through deep relaxations and positive birth visualisations.

These classes are so much more than just pregnancy yoga - they are a calm sanctuary to connect with yourself, your baby and other mums-to-be.

Classes will return after the Christmas break. Subscribe below to hear first when booking opens for 2025.

I attended Rose's pregnancy yoga classes - and really glad I did. I've come away feeling more confident and relaxed, and ready for what's next. Rose is really skilled at holding space, and speaks from experience - I'm looking forward to joining more classes once the baby is born.

I would really recommend Rose’s pregnancy yoga classes. I joined because I was experiencing bad back ache from my pregnancy and Rose’s classes really have helped with my aches and pains and I feel a lot less tense since joining them. As well as being a fab yoga teacher, Rose is extremely informative and supportive. Thank you Rose!

I joined Rose’s classes as a complete yoga novice at around 15w pregnant and continued right up until the end of my final term before baby was due! I really enjoyed the classes: they’re very relaxing, whilst also teaching you moves and positions to help with birth. The breathing techniques have also been really useful to learn and definitely helped me relax during those sleepless third trimester nights, and in preparation for birth.
